HOW TO USE:
Pour one teaspoon with a glass of boiling water, leave it covered to brew for about 10-15 minutes.

Pansy herb 35%, nettle leaf 30%, perilla leaf 15%, rosehip fruit 10%, Japanese pagoda tree buds 10%.

How long do I have to wait for the results?
