Organic sauce made from concentrated tomatoes. It tastes great with Italian, organic Alce Nero pasta. It is also an excellent base for other sauces, e.g. with the addition of vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, peppers) and aromatic, fresh herbs (basil, rosemary and thyme).
