Agar is an extremely rich source of:
magnesium (calming effect, improvement of memory skills, stabilization of the nervous system, digestion),
iodine (supports the production of thyroid hormones, supports the functioning of the brain, kidneys and heart),
iron (it is part of proteins, transports oxygen from the lungs to tissues, supports the production of red blood cells),
sodium (regulates the level of water in the body, protecting us from dehydration),
calcium (it is the basis of bones and teeth, helps in blood clotting, cell regeneration, takes care of the body's balance),
zinc (regulates the work of the pancreas, circulatory system and insulin secretion, prevents the formation of varicose veins).
It does not dissolve at room temperature, so it does not need to be refrigerated.
Application of agar:
Use 1 level teaspoon per 1 glass of liquid and you can prepare delicious, shiny jellies or desserts.
After following the given proportions, boil the solution for about 10-20 minutes and put it in the fridge to set.
