Gluten Free Bread Mix Bread & Pizza Mix 1 kg
Gluten-free Bread Mix is an original composition of ingredients that can be used to prepare appetizing gluten-free bread or gluten-free pizza crust. Gluten-free Bread Mix is a good way to enrich your daily gluten-free diet. People who avoid gluten do not have to give up the taste of homemade pizza and crusty bread. On the basis of Gluten-free Bread Mix, you can also prepare appetizing rolls and yeast dough.
Application:
Bread: 500g of Gluten-Free Bread Mix, 1 and 1/3 teaspoons of salt (10 g), 1 tablespoon of sugar (15 g), 500 ml of lukewarm water, 15 g of fresh yeast or 7 g of dried yeast, 3 tablespoons of oil + for brushing.
Pour the mixture, salt, sugar into a bowl and mix. Knead the dough until smooth by hand or with a mixer, gradually adding water and dissolved fresh yeast, finally pouring in the oil. If using dry yeast, add directly to the mixture. Put the dough into an oiled tin (28 x 9 cm), level the surface, cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to double in size for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C with a dish of water on the bottom. Brush the risen dough lightly with oil, place in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes (without fan). After baking, remove the bread from the mold, cool it down, store covered.
Bread from the machine - bake on the program for about 3.5 hours.
Pizza: 250 g of Gluten-Free Bread Mix, 3 teaspoons of salt (5 g), 1 tablespoon of sugar (7 g), 200 ml of lukewarm water, 10 g of fresh yeast or 5 g of dried yeast, 2 tablespoons of oil.
Pour the mixture, salt, sugar into a bowl and mix. Knead the dough until smooth by hand or with a mixer, gradually adding water and dissolved fresh yeast, finally pouring in the oil. If using dry yeast, add directly to the mixture. Cover the dough with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to double in size for about 30 minutes. Roll out the risen dough or shape it into a thin dough with your hands greased with oil, arrange your favourite toppings and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (no fan).
