Wakame marine algae* (Undaria pinnatifida) (*certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
The algae are hand-picked in their natural habitat, on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters).
Dehydrated and blanched, they can be used as a base for salads. Cooked, they can be an addition to scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta and hamburgers.
The white coating may be due to naturally occurring salt.
4 g of the product contains 150 μg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.

METHOD
Soak 1 g of algae in water for 10 minutes. Cooking time: 5 minutes.
