HOW TO USE
Once a day 50 ml or 25 ml twice a day half an hour before a meal. The maximum daily dose (50 ml) contains 300 mg of nettle leaf extract, which corresponds to 6 g of plant material. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
