DESCRIPTION

What does the calm tea consist of?

Drinking herbal tea for calmness gives a synergistic effect after just a few days of starting to use it. The mixture created on the basis of lemon balm, hawthorn, lavender and chamomile allows for a gentle calming of the state of tension in the body. Valerian and St. John's wort are considered adaptogens, which have a direct effect on the hormonal system, including stimulating the uptake of serotonin. They have anti-inflammatory and antidepressant effects. The tea has a pleasant aroma, and as a dietary supplement it helps to regain balance in difficult moments.

SUGGESTED USE

Drink 2 times a day, 1 heaped teaspoon (1.5 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 teaspoons (3 g). The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Warnings: Do not use in people who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age. A dietary supplement does not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
