Preparation method and recommended use:
two teaspoons (1.2g) of shredded leaf, pour a glass (200ml) of cold water and heat to a boil, leave covered for 15-20 minutes. Drink 3 glasses a day of freshly prepared decoction, before a meal. The best results are achieved by systematic consumption (drinking) of tea.
