DESCRIPTION
Ashwagandha - dietary supplement - 1.5% withanolides

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) supports the maintenance of normal cognitive functions (memory and concentration). It helps to maintain a state of natural relaxation and promotes peaceful sleep. Ashwagandha is used as an adaptogen - a substance that supports the proper resistance of the body to unfavorable external factors, while supporting the proper level of energy and endurance.

INGREDIENTS
Withania somnifera root extract; capsule (gelatin - shell component).

The product does not contain any artificial additives such as preservatives, dyes, flavors, fillers. The shade of the product may vary due to the intensity of the color of the natural ingredient.

Withania somnifera root extract - 500mg
of which withanolides - 7.5mg

HOW TO USE
Recommended dose (adults): 1 capsule once a day.
