Magnesium Complex

Magnesium Complex is a composition of three forms of magnesium – magnesium lactate, magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, enriched with vitamin B6, which facilitates the absorption of this element, its transport to the body's cells and maintaining its intracellular supply. An intense lifestyle, physical exertion, irregular sleep, stress, alcohol and drinking large amounts of coffee increase the need for magnesium.
