HOW TO USE
Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of the product (4 g) over a cup of cooled water, juice or yogurt. Consume after slight swelling. Be sure to wash it down with an additional 1 glass of liquid. 4 g of psyllium seeds is the daily dose.
REMARK
Do not consume at night. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. People with diabetes or using insulin therapy should seek medical advice before consumption. The product should be taken for 30-60 minutes. before or after taking medications, due to their possible delayed resorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of young children.
